1191-CPT1, 1192-CPT1 & 1193-CPT1 Chisel Retainers

1191-CPT1 (Quick Change), 1192-CPT1(Rapid Change) & 1193-CPT1 (Quick Change) Chisel Retainers

For use where frequent tool change is necessary. It is not necessary to remove retainer from hammer barrel to change tools. On the 1191 retainer, the chisel is changed by lifting the end of flat spring on outside of retainer to release lock pin, rotate tool 1/4 turn, remove tool. Insert new tool and rotate 1/4 turn. On the 1192 retainer, it is not necessary to lift the spring, simply rotate the chisel 1/4 turn and remove to change.

OSHA regulations specify that retainers shall be used to prevent accidental expulsion of tools. Retainers are available for all
models of chipping hammers. Please specify model of chipping hammer when ordering. All accessories are made in U.S.A.
